Okay so like yesterday after I finished class I was coming home, And I live in a different city from where my university is at, When I got in the bus that goes to my city, I was sitting in the right side of the bus, And a really pretty gorgeous girl who just fascinated me was on the left side of the bus, aka parallel to me. She was reading a book, Her hair was in a messy bun, and she had a bandana on, She looked pretty young, Wouldnāt have been surprised if she was like 15 or 16, Although for some reason I got a really adult vibe off of her. Maybe it was because of her eye brows, And maybe because of her perfectly made nails, I donāt know. It couldāve also been the fact that she was reading a book that looked like it had 700 pages on it.Anyway, During this time, I kept looking at her, And behind me was sitting a woman who had two kids, 1 young baby girl, And 1 boy. the baby girl was making a ruckus ācause she wanted something, Which this girl out of courtesy left the bus and went to bring it to her ( The bus didnāt start the trip yet ) And once she got back she gave it to her. At this point I thought she was the sweetest girl ever, who took great notice of her surroundings, even though she looked like she was sucked in by the book she was reading.Time passed and the trip started, next to my seat sat a girl that looked about the same of my age, But I didnāt even look at her once. My eyes were set on the other girl that I mentioned earlier, I kept staring at her, And despite everyone sort of giving me looks, I still couldnāt take my eyes off of her.She kept on reading, And every time the womanās baby girl behind me started crying, She would play with her and make her smile. Eventually she started looking at me, She would then look at the baby again, And smile. It was very sweet, and I loved her. I kept looking at her, And wondering if Iāll ever get to talk to her. I didnāt wanna talk to her in the bus because the girl who sat next to me was in between us, And I didnāt want to make a ruckus in the buss, If she for some reason, just simply didnāt wanna talk to me. Besides a woman who looked about the age of her mom was sitting next to her, And I thought that would be her mom.After 40-50 mins passed, The trip ended, The bus stopped and we got off. It was raining hard, And she had no umbrella, while I did. I rushed off the bus so I donāt lose track of her, And I saw her walking alone, which meant the woman who was sitting next to her, was not her mom. I walked up to her and as shy as I was I offered to walk her to her destination by saying ā Heyā¦ I was in the bus with you haha, Itās raining hard, Iām going this way, You can walk with me if you want? ā She smiled in the sweetest way Iāve ever seen and said ā Thank you, Iāll take you up on that offer then. ā I couldnāt feel more happy as I started walking with her, getting wet myself as I gave her the most side of the umbrella. So I asked her about the book she was reading, And I told her that I also recently started reading a book. She asked if I frequently read books, Iām a reader yes, Iāve read books online, Iāve read manga, And Iāve read roleplays. But honestly, This was my first real book that Iāve started reading. ā No, I suppose Iāve just recently gotten into books. ā I said, She smiled again and said ā Thereās a first time for everything, But still thatās very impressive. Most boys arenāt into books. ā I felt kinda flattered.Soon we arrived at a bus station, It wouldāve taken her to her destination, but it passes through my home as well, I couldnāt afford letting her go at that moment, So I waited with her, Saying I would get in the bus as well to go home, Even though I couldāve walked that distance. We waited while talking, And one of the conversation we made was this. Me: So what do you study? Or do you work? She was kinda confused as she said ā Iām in middle school. ā I was gonna die, I literally thought I was a pedophile, And then she gasped and was like ā I MEAN, Iām in my last year of high school. ā Thatās when I sighed in gratitude and she was like ā Sorry, Mustāve been the effect of the rain haha. ā I smiled and said ā Itās okay, it happens. ā So after that we kept talking, I told her a bit about myself, while she told me about herself, How sheās an only child, and how her parents are psychopaths. I asked if they were REALLY psychopaths or if she was just using a figure of speech, She laughed and said ā No no, they arenāt psychopaths, They just love me too much and are WAY too over protective.ā She had a phone that she bought like 6 years ago because she broke her recent one, And she didnāt wanna buy a new one, From that I understood that she didnāt like phones all that much, Or technology. It was sort of a bummer as I literally study IT and Iām all about it, But it didnāt affect how I saw her, At all.The bus didnāt come, And the rain stopped, We had waited 20 minutes, And after her often reminders that told me I could go if I needed to, We decided we would walk the distance to my home, After all there was another bus station right there, which could take her to her destination. We walked there, As we kept on talking, and before I knew it, She was in front of the bus, I asked if there was any way I could stay in touch with her. She sighed a little, as she explained she had no social media, And her phone was often checked by her mom so she couldnāt give me her number. I felt offended honestly, I couldnāt even get her number, Maybe it was the truth, And maybe she didnāt feel safe giving it to me so she lied. That I donāt know, All I know was that she said she hoped to meet me again. And with that ends my love story, And with that started my sadness.
