I’ve been craving these cheap Salisbury steaks from the freezer for couple years now, because my body hit 20 and decided that soybeans/soy byproduct are extremely poisonous.

“So?” You say “maKe Salisbury sTeAk at hoMe”

I can’t it doesn’t taste like the foam hockey pucks from my childhood. I think the biggest obstacle is this EVIL! Term “natural flavor”

American FDA claims natural flavoring is substances derived from natural sources like spices, fruits, vegetables, or animal products, created through processes like heating or enzymolysis, and used to enhance a food's taste, not for nutritional value.

I’ve got the patty part very similar. And have compared every frozen Salisbury steak ingredients list I can get ahold of, the common spices are SALT, Onion, garlic,black/white peppercorns and paprika. Which got me pretty close but I can’t taste compare without hospital bill.

I could use some advice for my Datura innoxia. It started losing leaves after being moved inside mid October. While inside it produced two large flowers and the last 3 seed pods split open. Lately it’s losing leaves quicker than it’s replacing, they are crispy, wilting and one bare stem is stiffing/turning brown. I’ve watched the water closely. Is this cooling weather, stress or should I give in and dig up the roots?
