hey angel! sometimes life gets you down but remember, you’re a star no matter what!
for one reason or another, you might not be treated well, or maybe life in general’s just been tough on you. it’s okay to feel sad, but remember, you’re amazing and you’ll be able to get through it!
when you get the chance, try to do something to treat yourself. little things like singing and dancing when you’re home alone always make me feel a little happier... but bigger things like getting a sweet treat or taking a long bath are always good too! whatever you like best, take the time to do something nice for yourself!
if you’re stressed because you’re busy, it can be hard to make time for yourself. try to organize your tasks in order of priority (i do an A-B-C list!) and get done whatever you can, leaving at least an hour of free time!
if you’ve got some people you haven’t been in touch with for a while, talk to them! it’s never too late to get back with a friend. sometimes just having fun with someone else and doing something nice for them can make you feel really good.
if you’re mostly on your own for now, maybe you can try to reach out and make some new friends, online or in person! it seems to me like you’re very cool, i’m sure people would love to be your friend!
(tip: playing video games together and watching things on rabbit is a great way to have fun with internet friends :D)
all in all, remember to be kind to yourself and others. you deserve to be treated with love and kindness and if you’re not getting that, you can stand up for yourself! life doesn’t always work out the way you want it to, but keep going! day by day, you’ll get by. hang in there, angel! you’ve got wonderful things in store <3
