This is where we live now! The yard is huge, but not fully fenced. Fenced enough that I’m confident letting Grem off leash if I have his full attention, though. 

We live in a room on the second story, right off the stairway. I’m gonna have killer leg muscles from all the stair climbing.

It's only been a day and I'm already super anxious to hear back. I sent a thank you letter and I got an automatic reply that she (interviewer) won't be in office today. So I guess I won't be hearing back just yet!

I'm not sure I mentioned it but the BF also interviewed for this job the day before me. Hopefully we both get it!

I just did the interview today. I feel good about it. They also asked for my references… good sign?

All limbs crossed I get the job! I’ll find out if I am no longer unemployed early next week at the latest.

I found out today that there’s a dog park that opened up recently about 20 minutes from my house. My foster mother went today and posted it on facebook, so I investigated where it was.

I've been to our dog park about three times (but went in only once) during the summer. I hang around outside for a bit and see how everyone is before going in. Then, we would position ourselves away from the entrance so I could observe the dogs coming in. If they're the pushy types, they would usually go for the dogs closest to them and that usually gives me time to recall Mila and go around them to leave.

Cleaning out my inbox since I have nothing better to do than be anxious and I just saw this now! Oops!I'm going to go halfsies with dog-related and non-dog related things.1 - My patience with animals is pretty much infinite which means it will be super rare for me to lose it (may get frustrated, though) with even the most obnoxious dogs.2 - I love my dog so much that I'm willing to do anything for her and I don't skimp out on the important things (vet, food). I also have a weakness for dog toys.3 - I learn really fast (except when it comes to anything with wheels). I think my clicker training mechanics is pretty decent for someone self-taught. I'd like to learn more though!!!4 - I'm pretty low maintenance, which the BF probably appreciates. Have a day in? Cool! Go out and have a wild night? Also cool!5 - I don't expect gifts or anything special on holidays but people around me should expect "I appreciate you" gifts from me... usually when I see something neat online or at the mall. Expected gift giving is anxiety inducing for me and I end up giving the recipient something generic lame. I also like making gifts.
