hellooooo hi i was wondering if you could give me ideas for incorpating my dragonkin type into my life?
info: the species of dragon i am is a mimicry verison of a vemonous dragons, differences are in the fact that our fangs arent nearly as long, our wings are also built for gliding and swimming (the other dragons can only use their wings for swimming)
we are typically seen around human settlements (like like raccoons, deer, rats, and stuff) however we are typically avoided because we are huge (have the same height as a human and the mimicry works very well despite the fact that the other species avoid humans)
species recognization is poor sorta, willing to let anything join our groups, be it other dragons outside of our species, griffions, dogs, whatever bascially, brood parasitism is common + dragons would typically join our groups to have help with protecting nests/hoards and for the added support of extra food and protection,
scales are similar to a snakes (smooth scales specically) can puff up vertically like a boomslang snake, and our wings cannot fold (think of like a butterfly)
we also use our tails for caudal luring; we would hide in a tree or underground and use our tails to mimic the movement of a snake to get birds of prey or an other predator for snakes, we also do this in the water i believe? but im not sure how due to a lack of fins on the end of the tail
i personally have green and pink scales (more green than pink) and my group lives in a abandoned house in the woods in an urban area
I am a Muslim (hijabi) and in a family where i cannot say i am alterhuman so keep that in mind :]

Honestly pink and green is such a gorgeous combo, you should just wear it in general
Read about dragons in folklore, both local and worldwide
Swim in the pool, glide through the water and float on your back
Wear a tail, or a scarf hanging down to replicate it. Swish it around to imitate luring
If you're the type to have a hoard, create a collection
Do makeup resembling scales
Accessorize with wing motifs
Learn how to mimic others, practice your impressions
