Nodding her head slowly, she smiled about it. ❝Yeah, let’s go.❞ She hummed at the feeling of his lips as her body felt like it was on fire.
He reluctantly pulled away from her. “Perfect.” He intertwined his fingers with hers and grabbed his keys from his pocket. As he led her out the door, he locked it behind them. He let go of Hope’s hand and wrapped his arm around her waist. “I can’t wait to have you all to myself.”

“Thank you.” He smiled. “What’s your favorite thing to get at the Grill?”

“Perfect. I’ll aim for about seven o’clock.” She hummed as she turned on her heels and blew a kiss with her hand. “See you tomorrow Landon.”
“Seven sounds perfect. See you then, Scarlett.” He chuckled and shook his head as she walked away.

In the moment she couldn’t of been more excited to become his wife, knowing of course closer to the date she could be more excited but right now she was her happiest. ❝It does sound pretty great.❞ She smiled as her hand slipped up to his neck. ❝I love you so much, Landon.❞ She spoke softly before re-attaching her lips with his, missing the feeling already right now.
“I love you too, Hope.” He smiled against her lips. “How about I lock up here and you and I head back to the apartment?” He moved to kiss her chin and then her neck.

“Spending forever with Hope is definitely worth more than pictures, but pictures still are nice to have. A picture was all I had of my mom for so long. A lot can be said for them.” He smiled. Tomorrow was never promised, even for supernaturals, having a tangible memory of special moments still meant a lot to him.

“Uh, yeah, dinner, sounds great. You could come by the Grill sometime, it’ll be on the house.” He smiled at her. He figured Hope wouldn’t mind, he was just helping out a friend.

“We all grew up, Lizzie. What happened in the past can stay there. It doesn’t define you anymore.” He gave his friend a smile. “Yeah, you’re right. And no matter what I’ll be happy as long as I get to call Hope my wife and officially spend the rest of our lives together.”
