The age of eligibility for an ABLE account, allowing USAmerican disabled people to save up money without losing their government assistance for having “too much,” is going to go up to cover disabilities diagnosed by age 46 (currently it’s age 26), meaning a much larger number of people will be able to access them. As the article notes, many Americans don’t know these accounts exist, let alone whether they or someone they care for could qualify for one, so please share this information around.

It seems to me it would obviously be better if the “no more than $2000 a month” limit were simply removed and disabled people could have whatever savings accounts they chose, but this is heaps better than nothing.

I usually only note this down if it's explicitly stated in the book or marketing, so this is generally in that context - there are quite a few books around that are vaguer about it because of fantasy contexts or unsure-yet-to-explore-in-safe-relationship contexts. This is also mostly excluding explicitly demi/grey characters unless it's actually discussed rather than assumed favourable by default. Also - I have only started taking more detailed notes in recent years so there's definitely some I've forgotten! I also know there can be quite a difference between neutral/indifferent and favourable but - aforementioned vagueness, it's not always clear.

One of the most important pieces of WX-78's characterization to me that I don't see many people utilize is that they are a massive dork. like on par with Wilson in terms of dorkiness. they like to make puns and personify inanimate objects even if they aren't technically mechanical (see lantern quote) and it is endlessly endearing to me

The prototype version of Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga contains a segment in the intro where Luigi actually talks in a speech bubble (as himself), which would not appear in the finished version or any other games in the series. In the final game, he only talks while disguised as Peach, and in Mario & Luigi: Dream Team, his thoughts are seen as text in the Dream's Deep area, but at no point does he talk without a disguise using text in a speech bubble as seen in the footage.

The two speech bubbles translate roughly to "Big brother! That explosion just now left us with a lot of voice bombs scattered around!" and "There are people in trouble. I wonder if anything can be done..." Luigi does not have any other written dialogue in the game, only communicating in the sound bites from the finished version.

He is referring to another element only found in the prototype, being the voice bombs placed around the area. In the finished game, those only appear in the cutscene of Peach's voice being replaced by bombs, and never in gameplay. Here, Mario can jump on them to disable them, and getting rid of one near a Toad will make him give Mario a Mushroom.
