Beer train by Mike Danneman Two Burlington Northern Santa Fe SD40-2s lead the eastbound “beer train” through Arvada, Colorado, approaching C&S Junction on September 6, 2000. BNSF’s Golden Subdivision serves the Coors Brewery in Golden (among other customers) west of Denver. This area has changed once again, with the addition of RTD’s ‘G line’ electric commuter rail line that parallels this former Colorado & Southern route as far as Ward Road in Wheat Ridge.
