🤍 Jesse Cromeans / Chromeskull
Everyone who knows Jesse Cromeans fears him. He has cold precision, wears a polished chrome mask, and runs his world like a silent unstoppable machine. He is always the one who handles every threat and stays steps ahead of danger. When he met you he was drawn to how soft spoken, warm and caring you were. You brought peace to his chaotic life and he swore no harm would ever touch you.
One evening he brought you along to a quiet upscale restaurant where he thought you would be safe. He stepped outside briefly to take a business call and told you he would be back in two minutes. While he was gone a group of rude loud men at the next table started making crude comments and then leaned over to grab your wrist.
Before they could even blink your sweet smile vanished. You twisted the man’s arm behind his back with a sharp practiced motion and pressed his shoulder lightly against the table to make your point. In that same gentle tone but now filled with ice you said “I would take your hands off me if you want to keep using them.”
The others lunged forward but you moved faster. You swept one man’s legs out from under him and struck precise pressure points. In less than thirty seconds all four men were groaning or sprawled across the floor. No serious injuries were done but they felt thoroughly humbled.
Jesse returned just in time to see you adjusting your napkin as if nothing had happened and your face was back to its usual soft glow. He tilted his head behind his mask feeling intrigued and amused. Later when you were alone he pulled you close and his deep voice came through the modulator. “I always thought I was the shield but it turns out you have sharper teeth than anyone guessed.”
You giggled and tapped your fingers lightly against his chrome mask. “I am sweet only to the people I love. Everyone else just has not seen my other side yet.”
From that moment on he never underestimated you again. He found it hilarious how easily you could calm troublemakers or stop conflict while still being the sweetest person to him. You brought him coffee, tended to his small cuts and kissed his mask like it was the most precious thing in the world. He watched you handle every situation with grace and strength knowing he found not just a partner but his true equal.
Jason lives deep in the woods near Crystal Lake and he is used to defending his home from anyone who dares trespass. He is large, strong and protective but he always fears he is too rough or frightening for others. When you came into his life you were a breath of fresh air. You spoke softly, left warm meals for him, tended to his cabin and treated him with so much kindness that he felt safe for the first time. He vowed to be your guardian forever.
One sunny afternoon you were gathering berries near the shore when a group of poachers wandered onto the land. They yelled loudly, threw trash around and fired guns recklessly into the trees. When they spotted you alone they laughed and began to approach because they thought you were just a harmless little thing.
Jason was already moving toward them but you held up one hand and signaled for him to wait. You stepped forward with your usual gentle smile and spoke clearly. “Please leave this place. It belongs to someone who lives here and he does not like strangers causing trouble.“
They mocked your words and tried to shove you aside. That was when your whole demeanor shifted. You ducked under their reach, grabbed a thick fallen branch and moved with surprising speed and skill. You disarmed one man of his rifle, tripped another into the soft mud and used leverage to pin a third against a tree without hurting him badly. You stayed firm, efficient and completely in control.
Jason watched from behind the trees with wide eyes behind his mask. He had never seen anyone so gentle yet so capable. When the poachers scrambled away in fear you brushed dirt off your dress and called him over while offering a handful of berries as if nothing had occurred.
He walked toward you slowly and then wrapped his large arms around you. He held you tighter than usual but was still careful not to squeeze too hard. He patted your head repeatedly as if saying he was amazed and proud.
You laughed softly and hugged him back with all your strength. “I am sweet because you are good to me Jason. But if anyone tries to hurt us or our home I will fight just as hard as you do.“
After that it became a funny little habit between you two. Sometimes he would spot trespassers and gesture for you to go first. He watched with silent delight as you politely asked them to leave and showed them your strength if they refused. He loved having someone who could calm his anger and stand beside him no matter what.
Michael is often seen as a force of nature. He stays silent, moves relentlessly and almost nothing scares him. Most people scream, run or freeze in terror when facing danger but when he met you he felt fascinated. You were always calm and sweet. You spoke to him in soft tones, made him warm meals, sat with him in quiet darkness and never treated him like a monster. He decided early on that you belonged to him and nothing would ever touch you.
One night you walked home from the store carrying a bag of groceries when a group of muggers cornered you in a narrow alley. They thought they found an easy target because you looked quiet and polite. They stepped closer with knives drawn and demanded all your money.
You sighed gently “set your bag down on the ground and gave them that same warm smile you always had. ‘You really do not want to do this.”
They laughed loudly but before they could finish speaking you moved fast and precisely. You twisted the wrist of the closest man and took his weapon away. Then you used his momentum to spin him right into his friends. A few well placed strikes left them numb and unable to move. It was quick and clean and did not cause serious harm but it stopped them completely. You picked up your bag, dusted off your coat and began walking again.
Michael had been trailing you the whole time ready to step in if needed but he stopped and leaned against a wall. He watched with his usual intense focus and felt deep respect and quiet amusement growing inside him. He stepped out from the shadows behind you and you only glanced over your shoulder with a smile. “Oh hello Michael. Do not worry, I took care of those men.”
From that day on it became like a private joke between you even though Michael never laughed out loud. He watched you act like the sweetest most innocent person in town but the moment anyone crossed a line you handled it with a calmness that matched his own. Sometimes he would even lead troublemakers your way just to see their shocked faces when the nice lady turned out to be tougher than they imagined.
When you were alone he pulled you close and his touch felt surprisingly gentle. You traced the edge of his mask with your fingers and spoke softly. “I am sweet only to you Michael. Everyone else has to earn my kindness or they will face the consequences.”
He liked hearing those words very much. He finally found someone who understood that kindness and strength can live in the same heart.
🪚 Thomas Hewitt / Leatherface
Thomas works hard every day and always tries to keep his family safe. He constantly worries that he is too rough, too loud or too frightening to others. When you came into his life you brought light and comfort. You spoke softly, mended his torn clothes, baked warm bread and treated him like the kind good hearted man he truly was beneath everything. He adored you completely and promised he would never let anyone hurt you.
One afternoon you were hanging laundry on the line outside the house when a group of rude travelers stopped their truck nearby. They yelled insults, threw trash onto your property and ignored your presence. When you walked over and politely asked them to leave they stepped out of their vehicle and tried to grab you while calling you names. They thought you were just a shy helpless girl.
Thomas heard the loud voices and grabbed his chainsaw ready to charge outside but you held up one hand and gave him a look that told him to wait. You stood tall and your sweet expression shifted into firm determination. When one man reached for you you stepped aside grabbed his arm and flipped him onto the dirt with surprising strength.
You used your knowledge of holds and leverage to stop the others one after another. You tripped them, held them down and spoke in that same calm but firm voice. “Leave our land right now and never come back. If you return it will not be this easy.”
Thomas stood there with the chainsaw still humming softly in his grip. His eyes went wide behind his mask. He had seen you lift heavy baskets, chop wood and fix fences but he never imagined you could defend yourself so well while staying in control.
Once they drove away in fear you turned to him, brushed dust off your dress and smiled brightly. “See I can take care of myself Tommy but I am still glad you are here too.”
He dropped the chainsaw onto the ground, rushed over and wrapped his large arms around you. He lifted you off your feet in a hug filled with pride and affection. He patted your back repeatedly while making excited grunting sounds.
From that day forward it was both sweet and funny to see how things worked. Thomas watched you greet neighbors with the warmest smile and offer food to anyone in need. Yet if someone became disrespectful or threatening you stood your ground with strength that matched his own. He would make loud happy huffs that were his way of laughing and loved you even more for it.
You always reminded him gently. “Being sweet does not mean being weak Tommy. It only means I choose to be kind but I will always choose to protect us too.”
