Yall, this MTV 90s cartoon called Downtown is soooo good. It predicted gentrification, invasive corporate jobs that want to monitor workers every movement, the value of platonic friendships that never venture into romance, and the suffering of the hot Goth chick that gets projected onto by her shallow fanboys. Plus it's set in New York and the voice acting is phenomenal.

All episodes are free on YouTube and it sadly only has 1 season (13 episodes only), but from the mini documentary, the team and staff that worked on it had incredible fun. You can feel the love for this show. Every time a character talks it feels like a regular conversation I've heard irl in the city.
