This season, we present a digital showcase, merging technology and design to create a transcendent runway experience. INTERLACE｜Spring/Summer 2026 As we move, pause, and transition through space, our bodies constantly interact with the layered rhythms of the contemporary city. For SS26, oqLiq presents INTERLACE—a collection that frames clothing as a dynamic interface between the body and its environment, exploring how we exist within shifting states and overlapping domains. Continuing oqLiq’s research into modular thinking and adaptable structures, the series employs dislocated paneling, transparent-to-solid layering, and stacked geometric compositions to express a sense of structured disorder. Cutting is reimagined not as stylistic gesture but as structural syntax, enabling garments to fluidly adapt to temperature, context, and movement—forming a wearable spatial system. In material development, the collection blends high proportions of natural fibers (cotton, TENCEL™) with advanced technical textiles (water-repellent, breathable, lightweight). Through this interplay, it generates layered textures balancing softness and structure, breathable silhouettes that shift with airflow and motion, and surfaces that blur the boundary between nature and the synthetic. INTERLACE proposes a new approach to dressing—one that breathes, responds, and redefines the relationship between clothing, movement, and spatial experience.
