Chiri Kistu was born and raised in Inazuma, and ever since she was little, she’s had a very specific way of thinking and seeing the world that has pushed her to side with the fraction of people who believe that her home region is in need for a change: the Archon needs to be overthrown, and a new system must rise (mirroring the in real life bakumatsu period that marked the final years of the shogunate and started the meiji restoration period) however she has convinced herself that only she can effectively bring that change. Managing to leave Inazuma, she’s set on a quest to find powerful allies that will help her strike the electro Archon and take over Inazuma, we wish her good luck with that.
