one thing i hate is the tiptoeing around harder subjects + regression . especially when many of us regress to cope with these things .

depressed regressors exist

traumatized regressors exist

and so on . not everyone is going to fit the stereotypical ‘regressor’ . we should not be shamed of our experiences in an environment that’s supposed to help us . that’s my rant
