Mostly yes. I’m a little bit scared to be honest. I feel like everything is going to change and I don’t like change.

I have never actually been to a funeral. But that’s a good thing... I guess.

“Kind of. But I was thinking we could make the string really tight and trip people!” Jack explained enthusiastically.

“That would be pretty amusing, not going to lie.” Kat laughed. “I say we just go for it, then.”

“Sometimes I just have to say it, you know? I’m obviously not over her. So yeah, it sucked. Letting go is just a lot harder then you expect. Yeah, she did deserve to have fun and she obviously had the right to go with whoever she wanted to but that doesn’t stop it from being a shitting thing from my point of view. But yeah, me too. I’m sure I would’ve regretted it a lot more. Hopefully it’ll actually be fun and drama free.”

“I can only imagine how much that actually hurt. You guys actually had something... real. That must be super rough. But hey, at least it’s all over now and you don’t have to worry about that stuff happening again.” Kat paused. “I hope so, but one can only get their hopes up to be let down. So I’ll try to remain neutral.”

‘Do you think they have maps you can buy? I feel like that would be super helpful.”

“That would be amazing!” Kat laughed. “But for some reason, I don’t think they do. They probably want people to get lost in hope they will spend more money trying to get to the exit. It’s all a formula.”

“Lack of communication is a big problem, yeah,” Lilly chuckled, before giving Kat a reassuring pat on the head. “You don’t need a right to be upset. You can be upset because you feel upset.”

“In theory, you’re completely right. I’m just trying to keep my emotions in check.” Kat shrugged. “I can be explosive when I’m hurt and I don’t want to bring anyone down with me.”

With a grin, Warren wrapped an arm around Kat’s waist, pulling her closer. “Oh my Gosh, look at those cute thingies!” he cooed, pointing at the blankets and stuff. “That kid is going to be the happiest kid in the world!” he exclaimed, before bumping into a couple, who were clearly expecting. “Whoops, sorry!” he flashed them a perfect smile. “Oh, you’re pregnant too! Isn’t it all just amazing? The miracle of life!”

Kat could feel her face turning red. “Warren!” She said, trying to be at least a little bit calm. “You’re being a little... embarrassing. There’s no need for all of that... pizzaz.”
