As much as I love seeing cats around, the reality is that they aren't always happy and healthy. This kitty has been spotted in my area a few times and is obviously sick and possibly injured.
Please remember to keep your cats indoors and make sure they're spayed/nuetered and vaccinated. Being let outside is not always safe for your cat, or others. They can get injured, catch and spread serious diseases, or harm local wildlife.
If you see a sick or injured cat, please report it to the proper authorities, whatever those may be in your area, and keep yourself safe.
