I'm borderline anemic (I take extra iron everyday) and will always have (a) bruises I cannot explain and (b) bruises from the stupidest thing.

Today, as an example of (b) I have matching bruises on each upper arm because the lid of the yard waste bin didn't stay propped up while I was dropping stuff inside it.
