More tips!
So since I’ve been trying out some new things i’ll just leave a few tips here! Exercising: *set a time scale (every 1 hour, 30 minutes, etc.) do a certain amount of exercises (I always do for every hour I do 40 sit ups and 5 minutes of running in place while still doing my normal exercises) *try finding a playlist that lasts the same amount of time as your normal routine does and try and get faster everytime!
*don’t overdo it and if you feel dizzy sit down and rest and drink (also try a glucose tablet and don’t purge because you can literally pass out and damage yourself badly) *try giving yourself a nice reward, for example I watch youtubers so everytime I want to watch a video I must first exercise for 10 minutes and then I can sit down and watch it (while doing my facial exercises) *try and change your routine per day and per month I switch around days Eating: *try and never skip breakfast and if you do replace it with something that has goodness in it like a smoothie or else you might get ill at school/work. *setting an amount of times to chew per bite really helps me, I started at ten then twenty now I’m at thirty, this is also good for the digestive system. *If you’re afraid of overeating then try and eat small and often, I like dividing my food up over the day so I dont get my stomach hurting *drink water but not too much, there is a thing called water poisoning and I’d suggest looking it up to make sure you don’t over drink
*try preparing your food yourself, you’ll know what goes in it and how many calories there are so it feels better overall School: *bring multiple small healthy snacks to school so it seems you’re eating more (apple or cellery sticks are great also cucumber or carrots) *maybe now and again bring an unhealthy snack and offer it to a friend and say that you normally eat it but you don’t really feel like it. *If I really fancy a biscuit or sweetie I bring childrens or baby one’s , they usually have more goodness in them and taste pretty good while bearing less calories *you can always excuse yourself to the toilet or say you need to study during the breaks, if you really study it can help keep your marks high but it can also help you avoid people asking *also to boost your confidence wear nice clothing, nice perfume or aftershave and keep your skin soft and smooth, you’ll look amazing <3 I REALLY don’t encourage eating disorders I just want to give these tips as they’re somewhat healthy and even though I’m slipping into being less healthy I’d like to give others the opportunity to have some tips that don’t encourage fasting or not eating as that can cause damage
