Idk much about record shops so these aren't in too much detail but here they are!
For Rindou it may not have been exactly love at first sight but the second he first saw you he knew he wanted to talk to you. He had come in to browse the records, but instead you caught his eye.
Starts coming around to the record shop often, he enjoyed the shop anyway but you working there is really what made him eager to go.
Talks to you a lot about music, he likes how you listen to him and give him good advice about what else to try.
Also tries to find out what type of music you're into, then goes home and listens to it. Those songs remind him of you now
Sometimes when he visits you shop he brings you little things like your favourite drink or snack. He will get embarrassed if you point this out though.
Struggles with the idea of inviting you to his club and to see him DJ for ages. He really wants you to see him in action and thinks you'll like it but he doesn't want Ran to find out yet (definitely assumes Ran will complicate things and embarrass him). Eventually he gives in and does ask you to go.
You were just complimenting him about his performance when Ran walks up and introduces himself. You had only said hi and introduced yourself back when Ran grinned at Rindou asking "have you asked them out yet?" and Rindou, without thinking, blurted out "I was going to do it later!". And that's how the two of you started dating.
Rindou likes to spend most of his free time at the shop, either slouching around or giving you a hand if you need it.
He get's a little possessive if a customer tries flirting with you, very quickly glaring at them and telling them to back off if he needs to.
Asks for your advice on a lot of set ideas and for inspiration. He actually takes inspiration from you a lot, including choosing songs that describe his feelings for you.
He compliments your shop to others a lot, urging them to check it out.
And of course he compliments you a lot too, he likes it when they catch you off guard best, the look on your face is cute to him.
Loves whisking you away on dates once you close the shop. He still likes the shop but he likes having you all to himself more.
And finally, the sometimes snacks and drinks turn into daily lunches too, he definitely wants to make sure you're taking breaks to eat and take care of yourself.
