Seeing girls with glass skin, perfectly shaped bodies, can sing and dance, can afford to travel, can buy all the things they want and so much more things a typical girl will be insecure about. After I felt that, It made me stop surfing the internet and took a social media detox. I was inactive and uninstalled the apps that I habitually open. It was hard at first because scrolling serves as my daily routine to entertain myself and to be aware of the news and trends. But I let myself take a break because it is damaging my mental health.
Watching Korean dramas is my stress reliever. It temporarily escapes me from reality and eases me up.
