A 15yr old Water Mage who's always working to better herself no matter what life throws at her. Even though she has magical deficiencies, she doesn't let that slow her down either. Not her evil Grandmother who wants to steal Baileys youth for herself, not the loneliness left by her absent mother, Maria, who's missing in action for the AND, and not even her Grandmother's cult who want to hunt Bailey down for a blood sacrifice. Hi! So this is my first muse side blog because I just learned about muse stuff through @rico189sspamtonhell and I wanted to give it a shot

I actually did take a shot in the dark the first time and that was a mistake but ya live and ya learn qwq

My main account is @dunderhead99 so yall know which is which, and I'm actually 24 irl and my OC Bailey is 15 years old

Bailey is a 15 year old in the KND universe, and she's a water mage.

Originally she's a fan-child of Father, but for the sake of those who don't interact with Fan-Children this Bailey will be a version who has no blood relation to Father.

Instead, she's the granddaughter of Posiedon and an Evil Seahag who is referred to as Frost, and Baileys mother is Maria, who's MIA working for the Adults Next Door.

So that forced Bailey to have to live with Grandmother Frost since Grandpa Posiedon is off far away at sea doing his job as the sea king.

Bailey was born with magic deficiencies that make her susceptible to the icy cold and sweltering heat, so Grandmother Frost locks her in a freezing cold room as a way to try and build Baileys resistance to cold temps, but it only makes her sick and weaker.

To make matters worse, since Grandmother can't make Bailey stronger, she decides to try and marry Bailey off to a influential family to try and build her own status; she could give less of a damn about Baileys happiness in the grand scheme of things.

Turns out the fiancé in question was a huge asshole, so Bailey ends up using her powers to freeze him in solid ice before running away after he tries to assault her.

Now that Baileys running the streets, the only thing she can do now is survive.

Hopefully, someone is kind enough to lend Bailey a hand in a world that's been nothing but cruel and unfair to her.

She can be found in the woods, abandoned houses and even the sewers. Less than ideal, but it keeps her hidden from being found and taken back to Grandmother Frost again.

Especially when Grandmother Frost sends a cult out to hunt after Bailey, which is always terrifying.

It was supposed to be just a fun party. Something to boost morale and take everyone's minds off the war.

She thought everyone was having fun, even the KND kids who normally didn't want her around. They were laughing, eating snacks, joking around...

It was fun, for a time.

Until a small group of them hatched a horrible scheme. Something to knock the legendary "hero" down a peg or two.

They'd taken inspiration from an old movie they'd seen where a group of bullies dumped pigs blood on the main character. But they weren't being bullies, right? Was it bullying if the girl they were targeting was Father's new daughter? Was it bullying if she turned out to be evil just like his kids?

No, they didn't see it as bullying. How could they, they were kids with black and white thinking. They were good, and anyone who showed any empathy towards Father was bad. End of.

So here poor Addy stood in the middle of the party with black paint dripping from her hair. The outfit she'd scrounged together was completely ruined now, stained with black. There was no way she'd be able to scrub it all from the white shirt.

"There! Now you really look like Father's daughter!" She could make out a few voices like that one, but otherwise it was all static. Static buzzing in her ear mixed with some laughter and cries of outrage from the friends she did have here. She did look like his daughter now, didnt she? With the black staining everything, it almost looked like she had her own shadow suit. The only thing that looked different was her sorrowful expression, so unlike Father's fiery hate filled visage.

Tears rolled down her cheeks as all she could do was stand there and wonder to herself.

She wondered...was she really evil just for wanting a dad again?

At least, that's how it should have been, before some KND operatives formed such an awful plan to ruin Addys night.

Bailey had been sitting near the food stands when everything went down. One moment it was all dancing, joy and laughter, only for it to get soured once Addy got black paint poured all over her like it was a scene from the movie Carrie.

"There! Now you really look like Father's daughter!" One of the KND operatives laughed along with their group, and that's when Bailey sprung into action.

Bailey would slink through the crowd of Addys friends defending her, and others who were just down right disrespectful with zero empathy to the poor girl.

At that point Bailey helped guide Addy through the commotion, so that she could have some space to breathe, where it could be a bit more quiet for Addy to cry if she needed to.

"Addy...? Are you okay? ... Come on, let's get you cleaned up, okay? It'll be alright... Don't listen to those bullies out there. They just... Don't understand. I know it's hard... But you gotta try and phase out the noise" Bailey managed to get plenty of paper towels to help Addy clean up her face and clothing; although the stains would probably never come out of the cloth.

"I'm sorry your night got ruined, Addy..."

Why were they so mean? She was working so hard to help everyone. She had done so much, helped so many. The professor, Major Glory, the Powerpuff Girls, even Sector V. If she was their hero then why...why would they do such a cruel thing to her?

Just as the static grew worse, it was abruptly silenced as one of the teens who had attended. Bailey, that was her name. The, the magic water girl.

Addy's gazed shifted up toward her. When Bailey began to guide her through the crowd, she followed without a word.

"...No...I-I'm not o-okay." She answered with a shaky voice. She inhaled shakily, struggling to breath through her tears.

"I-It was supposed to be f-fun. I h-helped make this party for all of them. I-I just wanted to be nice. I just wanted to be n-nice. So why did they, t-they-" At this point her sobs overtook any words she tried to say. Months of pent up pain came pouring out of her at once. Her dad, the war, stress from being the "hero", all of it came rushing out from her.

"You're the sweetest, nicest, bravest girl I've ever met, Addy. You've been through so much... But whatever anyone throws at you... It's just going to make you stronger. It won't be easy... but overcoming it all is what makes you strong. You've been a resilient hero this whole time, despite what some may think. But it's okay to cry, Addy... I hate that they pushed you like this, but you need to let it out, so just let it all go." Bailey kept rubbing Addys back in hopes that her talking would soothe her more.

Bailey didn't expect anything from Addy other than to let her emotions out on her.

"This isn't fair... This is too much pressure to put on anyone. Why Addy? Why can't she just be aloud to live normally? I'm sorry Addy..." Bailey thought internally, having this heavy pit of protectivness over the poor girl.

When she's scooped into a tight hug, Addy hugged her with all her might. Soul wrenching sobs escaped her as she buried her face into her chest.

"I-I dont feel strong. I just feel like, like a stupid crybaby."

She heard the whispers, she did. Crybaby. Weak. Timid. Worthless.

She heard each word and each was like a dagger to the heart.

"I-i'm not strong. I can't control water like you, I cant control fire like Father, I'm not courageous like Major Glory. a-and I'm not able to control my feelings like t-the other kids. Everything makes me cry."

Bailey sits down with Addy, and just let's her continue to cry.

"If it makes you feel better, I'm no more of a crybaby than you are. But you're not stupid, Addy..." Bailey looked back at all the commotion at the party, voices arguing over who's right and wrong over Addys humiliation.

It didn't really matter though now, did it? The damage was already done.

"Who said you had to have powers? You already have the magic, and your emotions don't make you weak. If that were the case, you wouldn't have made it this far. Whatever you're doing, it's working." Bailey shook her head at Adeline thinking she was weak.

"The kind of magic you have is beyond all of us because you see the world differently, and you see people in different shades of grey. The other kids can't understand that. That's what makes you so important. We need someone like you who can see beyond just black and white." Bailey insisted.

"A hero who isn't afraid to wear their emotions on their sleeve just means they care a whole lot. That's also important in a hero. I know how much you care, and so do your friends. They all care about you too, and they know you're not weak."

Addy sniffled and wiped at her eyes with a balled up fist. She cringed slightly as paint stung them and she had to blink frantically to get all the paint out.

"But..." But she didn't have anything to rebuke that...she had survived this long, hadn't she? Against all odds, she had made it this far. Sure she'd stumbled and fallen more times than she could count, but she still got back up each and every time.

She sniffled again, taking a deep breath to steady herself. In...out...in...out...

"...I-Its really...okay to want to be friends with someone like F-Father?" She knew Father wasn't the best person. Everyone who talked to her always told her they didnt trust him, or that he was the worst out there. But she just...she couldnt help but want to be near. To want to try and make him happy with her.

To make him proud of her.

Just like dad.

Bailey glanced to the side because even though she herself was not a fan of Father, she knew what he meant to Addy.

Addy was just trying to find someone to replace her deceased dad, and it was heartbreaking because she really had no other family that was present or alive from what Bailey understood. The poor girl was just grieving.

And Bailey knew what it was like to be alone.

".... I'm not gonna tell you what everyone else has probably already told you about Father. Yes, he's still a villain, but weather everyone understands it or not, we're all in this together. It's all or nothing." Bailey began.

"But it's not wrong of you for wanting to see the best in people like Father. I can't promise you he'll turn a completely new leaf when this is all over, but..." Bailey wasn't really sure what to add to make it sound any better, trying to phrase her words carefully.

"You're not wrong for trying to believe that he could."

He listened and even showed her his pipe underneath the shadow.

"You know that if things ever get too heated with Father, you can come to me. He can be intimidating, but his bark is worse than his bite. I'm sure you know that by now." Bailey tried to make light of the conversation.

"I-I dont feel strong. I just feel like, like a stupid crybaby."

She heard the whispers, she did. Crybaby. Weak. Timid. Worthless.

She heard each word and each was like a dagger to the heart.

"I-i'm not strong. I can't control water like you, I cant control fire like Father, I'm not courageous like Major Glory. a-and I'm not able to control my feelings like t-the other kids. Everything makes me cry."

Bailey sits down with Addy, and just let's her continue to cry.

"If it makes you feel better, I'm no more of a crybaby than you are. But you're not stupid, Addy..." Bailey looked back at all the commotion at the party, voices arguing over who's right and wrong over Addys humiliation.

It didn't really matter though now, did it? The damage was already done.

"Who said you had to have powers? You already have the magic, and your emotions don't make you weak. If that were the case, you wouldn't have made it this far. Whatever you're doing, it's working." Bailey shook her head at Adeline thinking she was weak.

"The kind of magic you have is beyond all of us because you see the world differently, and you see people in different shades of grey. The other kids can't understand that. That's what makes you so important. We need someone like you who can see beyond just black and white." Bailey insisted.

"A hero who isn't afraid to wear their emotions on their sleeve just means they care a whole lot. That's also important in a hero. I know how much you care, and so do your friends. They all care about you too, and they know you're not weak."

It was supposed to be just a fun party. Something to boost morale and take everyone's minds off the war.

She thought everyone was having fun, even the KND kids who normally didn't want her around. They were laughing, eating snacks, joking around...

It was fun, for a time.

Until a small group of them hatched a horrible scheme. Something to knock the legendary "hero" down a peg or two.

They'd taken inspiration from an old movie they'd seen where a group of bullies dumped pigs blood on the main character. But they weren't being bullies, right? Was it bullying if the girl they were targeting was Father's new daughter? Was it bullying if she turned out to be evil just like his kids?

No, they didn't see it as bullying. How could they, they were kids with black and white thinking. They were good, and anyone who showed any empathy towards Father was bad. End of.

So here poor Addy stood in the middle of the party with black paint dripping from her hair. The outfit she'd scrounged together was completely ruined now, stained with black. There was no way she'd be able to scrub it all from the white shirt.

"There! Now you really look like Father's daughter!" She could make out a few voices like that one, but otherwise it was all static. Static buzzing in her ear mixed with some laughter and cries of outrage from the friends she did have here. She did look like his daughter now, didnt she? With the black staining everything, it almost looked like she had her own shadow suit. The only thing that looked different was her sorrowful expression, so unlike Father's fiery hate filled visage.

Tears rolled down her cheeks as all she could do was stand there and wonder to herself.

She wondered...was she really evil just for wanting a dad again?

The Party was going well, and even though Bailey herself was an outcast, everybody was supposed to be welcome to boost morale!

At least, that's how it should have been, before some KND operatives formed such an awful plan to ruin Addys night.

Bailey had been sitting near the food stands when everything went down. One moment it was all dancing, joy and laughter, only for it to get soured once Addy got black paint poured all over her like it was a scene from the movie Carrie.

"There! Now you really look like Father's daughter!" One of the KND operatives laughed along with their group, and that's when Bailey sprung into action.

Bailey would slink through the crowd of Addys friends defending her, and others who were just down right disrespectful with zero empathy to the poor girl.

At that point Bailey helped guide Addy through the commotion, so that she could have some space to breathe, where it could be a bit more quiet for Addy to cry if she needed to.

"Addy...? Are you okay? ... Come on, let's get you cleaned up, okay? It'll be alright... Don't listen to those bullies out there. They just... Don't understand. I know it's hard... But you gotta try and phase out the noise" Bailey managed to get plenty of paper towels to help Addy clean up her face and clothing; although the stains would probably never come out of the cloth.

"I'm sorry your night got ruined, Addy..."

It felt like static was buzzing like an angry bee in her ear. She could hardly make out anything as she just stood there, tears rolling down her cheeks.

Why were they so mean? She was working so hard to help everyone. She had done so much, helped so many. The professor, Major Glory, the Powerpuff Girls, even Sector V. If she was their hero then why...why would they do such a cruel thing to her?

Just as the static grew worse, it was abruptly silenced as one of the teens who had attended. Bailey, that was her name. The, the magic water girl.

Addy's gazed shifted up toward her. When Bailey began to guide her through the crowd, she followed without a word.

"...No...I-I'm not o-okay." She answered with a shaky voice. She inhaled shakily, struggling to breath through her tears.

"I-It was supposed to be f-fun. I h-helped make this party for all of them. I-I just wanted to be nice. I just wanted to be n-nice. So why did they, t-they-" At this point her sobs overtook any words she tried to say. Months of pent up pain came pouring out of her at once. Her dad, the war, stress from being the "hero", all of it came rushing out from her.

Bailey listened to every painful word, every aching sob, and hitching breath from Addy as she sobs from the treatment she received after all the hard work she'd done to make this party possible.

Bailey wanted to make all Addys pain disappear right there and then, but all she could do was scoop Addy into a tight hug to help comfort her as much as she could; she could care less about the black paint getting on her own clothes as well.

"I know Addy... I know...." Bailey sighs, feeling a mix of sadness for Addy, and a flare of anger toward those KND operatives.

They probably didn't even know about Addys dad, but still. All this because Addy had a heart that allowed her to feel empathy for even the worst kinds of people like Father.

That didn't make Addy evil. Far from it.

"You're the sweetest, nicest, bravest girl I've ever met, Addy. You've been through so much... But whatever anyone throws at you... It's just going to make you stronger. It won't be easy... but overcoming it all is what makes you strong. You've been a resilient hero this whole time, despite what some may think. But it's okay to cry, Addy... I hate that they pushed you like this, but you need to let it out, so just let it all go." Bailey kept rubbing Addys back in hopes that her talking would soothe her more.

Bailey didn't expect anything from Addy other than to let her emotions out on her.

"This isn't fair... This is too much pressure to put on anyone. Why Addy? Why can't she just be aloud to live normally? I'm sorry Addy..." Bailey thought internally, having this heavy pit of protectivness over the poor girl.
