Some people asked for tips on how I lost weight so here they be. Obviously my eating is disordered, this ain’t gonna work for everyone etc etc

- tbh I started by intermittent fasting like a normal person, 12-8, stopped eating junk food snacks etc, and reduced each portion size I ate

- Did my best to stop binging/eating in general before bed

- Drank a LOT of tea to help stop cravings

- Eventually cut calories hard and started counting them fr, only 500-1000 a day, never more than 1000

- **plz guys you need at least 500 cals a day to function properly, plz do at least that! You will definitely lose weight with 500 cals a day** you’ll even lose weight with 1500 cals a day

- Would eat only twice a day. bc of my work schedule, I have my first meal around 5-7, then leftovers at 11-12 but I chso most of it so I don’t overeat or go to bed full, just wanna eat a little so stomach doesn’t growl and can carry me over the next morning

- I try to eat a healthier diet even though there’s less of it, veggies soups salads etc, if you’re gonna be in calorie deficit you need nutrients and vitamins from veggies!

- That’s basically it, eat less ig

- There definitely were times where I screwed up and binged for like 2 weeks and halted my progress but I forced myself back on track

- Btw never really exercised, just went for walks to get a step count for the day, would get at least 5000 steps a day

Hi fun fact, colors do have meaning and there is a legit thing called color theory. Red does has more positive connotations than negative like the @mintymaiden said. Red is associated with more love, lust, passion than blood and death just like the chart shows you but If you want, here’s a link for you to check it out yourself. I like that the presumption here is that “No One On Tumblr Has Heard of Color Theory, Let Me Explain in Depth” rather than simply acknowledging that the VISUAL EFFECTS of this particular color choice, applied in the manner it was, can still amount to “this is a hospital and that looks like blood”

like, color theory doesn’t exist in a vacuum. If your design of choice for Blood Red Paint is asymmetric splatters and sploches against the wall, or in this case, a snail trail on the hallway’s floor, an infographic won’t override the viewers’ instinct.
