What are your thoughts on your ace op team members?

      Clover stood casually as the question was asked, his left hand was nonchalantly placed on his hip and his other arm hung freely. “They’re good at what they do, of course.” A pause, then a smile. 

      “Elm and Vine have synergy like no other. I think I can keep up, but if they were one person I’d fear for my position as leader. Harriet is pretty great herself, on the field she definitely knows her way around a fight. Marrow may be new but that’s not to say he’s lagging behind by any means, that kid sure knows his stuff...” Ebi chuckles, placing his free hand on his waist mirroring his other and standing up straight. “Buuuut... They’re gonna have to work their very very best if they wanna catch up to me!”

lmao i totally went off the radar after posting that starter call .. i’ll still get to it. apologies! my life has been super wild and busy lately so i’ve hardly found time to even think of logging in here. ]

It’s daily check in time! So Clover How are you feeling today? Any random pains near your Spin or anything? Hope you Have a Wonderful Morning/Afternoon/Night whenever this comes!

        Ebi couldn’t help but raise a curious brow, he hadn’t thought too much about it recently. A stray hand is removed from his hip and pats his back. He very clearly winces as the feeling, but it doesn’t seem as bad as it would’ve closer to the event itself. He clears his throat once he stands up straight. 

        “It still hurts, quite a bit. But I’m just lucky to be back on my feet.”

You seem to be spending a lot of time with that tall, dark and handsome huntsman lately....Are you setting up missions with you and he as partners on purpose? ;)

        “Well--.” If a word was supposed to come out there, it sure as hell did not. Not to dodge a question or anything but he hadn’t thought too deeply about his reasoning for doing exactly what the question suggested he was doing, but now that he was thinking about it, it was pretty obvious that the implication had hit its mark.

        Clover clears his throat, “We have great synergy. He’s at his best when working with me.”

Clover! What would you say is your best personal trait? :)

        Ahh, what a question. One he finds slight difficulty in answering, actually. Not to toot his own horn but he can do a lot in his field and it’s no secret, but that kind of answer felt unspecific and Clover wasn’t quite sure how to feel about answering like that. If he were to stray away from work based ones, he could find an answer or two he was happy to use. 

       “Huh. Guess I would say... I know how to make the best of a bad situation! Let’s go with that one.”

Mr Ebi sir your arms are very attractive

        “My arms?” A soft chuckle escaped Clovers lips, he was very fond of giving compliments and aimed to make that clear to those who he deemed close enough to his heart, but getting compliments was a whole different story. Of course, he knew the things people would compliment him for, and he’s not one to deflect, but other than himself he tended to not get very many positive acknowledgements outside of his skill on the field. 

        “Thanks! It’s all hard work, you know. Anyone can get arms like this if they aim to.” Clover can’t help but place his arms on his waist as he does this, perhaps this is what you’d consider a literal weird flex.
