Ending an old Friendship

Had a long day at work mainly because I kept thinking of this dude who owe me 45$ yea he owe’s me... we have been friends for 5yrs (friends who live in different county's)... so I felt that I would buy his ticket to the comedy show and he could just reimburse me when we meet up..well he didn't make it to the show and its a week later and I have yet to receive my money..So yea Im thinking that friendship is ovr..
