Apparently, Sherlock had survived the Thames river fall by using the Japanese wrestling technique called “Bartitsu”.

However, it was misspelled as “Baritsu” in Conan Doyleʼs original work. I will stick with this term in my translation.

Eiyou~ Actually Bartitsu wasn’t a Japanese technique! It was developed by an Englishman named Edward Wilson Barton-Wright. The name Bartitsu came from his name: Barton. It combined jujitsu, boxing, cane fighting and savate. 

But yes, in Doyle’s work, it’s usually referred to as Baritsu because typo and Doyle. (Personally I prefer Baritsu. Rolls off the tongue easier.)

Here’s Part 3! I finally finished it and managed to awaken Ron, too so I’ll also be doing the two chapters that come after. It’ll be great.

Left a few things untranslated in here too because I wasn’t sure again. Also, I’ll be following the Sun route. Couldn’t for the life of me justify Hipster Melon Soda.

Hey everyone! The Knoxicologist is back and is busy with a little project. Of course I got into this game for my son and now I bring you translations of his story chapters (Because he finally dropped for me during a solo yolo). I’ll be posting them as soon as I finish them. Please be aware my vocabulary is minging at best so I’m trying. I also left a couple of sentences in there because I wasn’t too sure of how to translate them.
