hi! i'm kobra, but you can also call me scout! i go by he/him or it/its pronouns, and i'm bisexual, polyamorous, and transmasc. i'm nineteen years young and i love mcr and nin and tøp

i'm mixed hispanic and white (mexican + german), and very neurodivergent (audhd + bpd + part of a system). i sometimes experience psychotic symptoms as a result of my bpd. in addition, i'm physically disabled, being chronically fatigued and in pain (as a result of probable pots).

I literally love all of you, but as a Tumblr veteran, Tumblr's main feature is the reblog feature. It is the beating heart of the dashboard and the foundation for a chronological timeline. The For You page here should not be your default setting.

You guys have got to start reblogging stuff you enjoy, especially, specifically gifs and fan art but also fics and fan theories or even hot takes if you're not afraid of a lil discourse. I'm tired of being the first or third reblog for a person's post and then seeing my blog's followers do nothing but hit like, while blogs sit there with no new posts in months or years!

BABE THAT'S THE WHOLE POINT. Cyberpunk, even as a tabletop game, revolved around the fact that there is ALWAYS something going on that you don't know about. The whole point of the series is that YOU CAN'T WIN. You, no matter how reknown you become, will be an insignificant cog in the big machinery that is night city, and you will die that way. The entire point is that there's no satisfying way to end it. There is no "good" or "happy" ending because THE WHOLE POINT OF THE SERIES IS HOW FUTILE TRYING TO BEAT THE SYSTEM IS. The most compelling thing about the series is that no matter what choices you make, you lose, and you've got to grapple with that to get to the ending that you consider the best possible outcome, and even then, you won't be happy.

There are no happy endings in Night City.

the racism against indians is just overwhelming and insane. its everywhere. people go out of their way to talk about how indian immigrants are 'the worst kind of immigrants' when its people working their ass off to get a medical degree while working underpaid jobs in delivery just to get a better life.
