IT’S FINALLY HERE Y’ALL!!!
The uncommon toons stats & abilities are finally here! I tried my best to think up what suits them the most! I hope you all enjoy~!
Ability I (Active) - Questions Answered: Brightney can shine lights to Twisteds to stun them for 3 seconds or to make them visible during Blackouts for 8 seconds. During this, all toons gain 15% or 20% Movement Speed. CD is 45 seconds.
Ability II (Passive) - Disciplined!: If Brightney fails a Skill Check, instead of the machine making a noise, she hits it with her ruler, granting it 20% completion. 3 charges. This only works if you use “Questions Answered” before.
Ability I (Passive) - It’s Just Business: Rodger gains twice the amount of research from capsules and encountering twisteds. If Rodger does this for five times in each per floors, it will add up, making him gain tenth the amount of research unless if he gets hit. Toons can also be affected by this too, just less though.
Ability II (Active) - La Mia Pistola: Rodger has a revolver gun he can shoot at the twisteds, stunning them for 5 seconds. Six loads. It reloads every 10 secs.
Ability I (Passive) - You Do It First!: Razzle and Dazzle’s stats changed based on the Odd and Even floors.
Ability II (Active) - Your Turn!: Razzle and Dazzle switches each other’s stats for about 15 seconds. While the other goes on their flip phone. After 15 seconds, they go back to their original stats on their respective floor. Cooldown is 100 seconds.
Ability I (Active) - Copycat-er!: Toodles can roll for a 25% boost or a 50% boost to a random stat that lasts for 15 or 25 seconds… from another toon, which will also decrease one of their stats by 25% or 50% which will last for 10 or 20 seconds. CD is 45 seconds.
Ability II (Passive) - Little Devil’s Luck: Due to this toon’s ability to get away from things just because she’s a “innocent” kid, the items she uses will double the effect on her except healing items, valve, and smoke bomb.
Ability I (Active) - Let Them Drink Tea!: Teagan can spend either 75 tapes to heal themselves for one heart or 150 tapes to heal themselves for two hearts. The first choice's CD is 60 seconds and the second choice's CD is 120 seconds.
Ability II (Passive) - Greed Comes In First Place: If there's a teammate nearby Teagan, she will sneakily steal 30-50 tapes from them automatically and gain a 10% Movement Speed boost for 8 seconds. CD is 50 seconds.
Ability I (Passive) - Missing or Wanted: Finn gains a 75% Skill Check and Stealth boost if he hasn't been spotted by Twisteds for about 10 seconds. This resets if he has been spotted.
Ability II (Active) - Trusty Harpoon: Finn can use his trusty harpoon to push away and stun the Twisteds around him for 4 seconds, gaining a 33% Movement Speed boost for 10 seconds if he succeeds in doing so. If he misses, he will get Slow III for 5 seconds. CD is 50 seconds.
Ability I (Active) - Feeling Paranoia: Connie can make herself invisible (Except for lethal toons) for about 10 seconds. While doing so, other toons around her will gain a 15% Movement Speed boost that will last for about 5 seconds. CD is 45 seconds.
Ability II (Passive) - Nothing’s There: While being invisible, machines around her will start moving and slowly extracting by themselves and toons cannot stop this. Lasts for about 15 seconds.
Ability I (Active) - Hold. Still.: Ginger can heal a nearby toon to full hearts and erase any effects on them for 100 tapes. CD is 100 seconds. For every extra Ginger, the cost increases by 50 Tapes and the Cooldown increases by 30.
Ability II (Passive) More Than A Side Character: Ginger gains a 20% Movement Speed boost after healing a toon for about 15 seconds.
