“!!” He couldn’t afford to move forward from his position, retaining his stability as the rocks moved with an animate force. “Hey! Aren’t you supposed to listen to me!?” He snapped with vehemence, voice sharp and barking in the stone halls. “I said don’t go in alone! Don’t make me physically stop you, Madarao-” It wasn’t that he could stop him, nor that he believed that the Third would die: it was more of a concern that there could be Level 3′s - and perhaps 4′s - lurking within the group. He wasn’t going to seal the man to his death, damn it!
“ I’m supposed to keep you safe.” Following Bak’s orders took second place to keeping the other man alive, which he was sure would infuriate the blond greatly. As he turned to face forward once more, Madarao couldn’t fight the faint smile tugging the corners of his lips upwards. “Focus on keeping everyone else safe - like you’re supposed to.” It was just a matter of jumping through the shifting spaces of the rocks, and within moments he was faced with his first akuma, a low level he was able to absorb quickly. Briefly licking his lips Madarao threw himself into the direct path of the creatures - all of his CROW skills and absorbing arm at his disposal. Hopefully this would give Bak plenty of time to get everyone to safety, including himself.
