What did you want to be when you grew up?

What did you want to be when you grew up? 

Did you follow through on your dreams? Why or why not? Who influenced you? Have your grown up? I wanted to be a fireman (amongst others). Looking back now, a perfectly reasonable and respectable profession. Somehow, I lost sight of my dream, and often wonder why. 

Take a second and think back, and reply. I'm curious.
