before/after an air inflation

Methods to maximize inflation capacity training.
here is a list of methods that maximize capacity growth, i asked a bunch of exprienced inflators who reach insane sizes and found the stuff they have in common, it is based on their knowledge and my personal knowledge.
these methods are only about AIR inflation!! do NOT use them with water inflation.
Things to do BEFORE you inflate in order:
1. eat lighter throught the day
2. keep yourself hydrated
3. clean yourself out before inflating. (does not have to be an enema)
4. relax your body (using a warm shower etc.)
5. stretch your abdominal muscles
Things to do DURING your inflation:
1. make your inflation sessions LONGER and SLOWER, some people inflate only for about 20 minutes, it is too short if you want to reach your true max. id reccomend you make your inflations around 1+ hour long if you can, as it helped me and EVERY inflator i asked in reaching a new max. You should also keep the air in for 20+ minutes after hitting your new max if you want to truly maximize the capacity growth.
2. dont be afraid to let some air out if you cant stop cramping even after waiting, just make sure that after the wait you pump more air in than you lost. (this helps me get rid of cramps that seem "impossible" to get rid of)
3. after going to your max or till your first cramps start, rest for around 10 minutes, then try to pump in just a bit till you start cramping again and repeat (15 pumps every 10 mins for me, it depends on your pump.)
4. make sure to use enough lube so the tubing does not irritate your colon, this can actually make a big difference.
5. POSITIONS:
most people think they have to be in one position to make their inflations the most comfortable/big, yet this is not true.
you should SWITCH positions if you want to get rid of cramps, what i like to do is lay on my back-lay on my left side-stand up and rotate between these positions, you could also lay on your right side but only do that when you want the air to move and other positions arent helping in that cause overall laying on the right side is not too beneficial.
TLDR: almost all positions are valid, i do not reccomend sitting or laying on your stomach aswell as lying on your right side.
how OFTEN should you inflate?
most inflators that ive asked inflate everyday or every other day, now i know not everyone can/wants to do that but as long as you inflate 3 times a week you should still see similar results in capacity growth.
and most importantly: listen to your body.
