I could go fully into explaining how the "it was promised to them 3,000 years ago" jokes fundamentally are based on a misunderstanding of the Torah because the "joke" would not work otherwise.

Things I don't remember or care about from my wedding: decor, food, other people's clothing, thoughts/feelings/prayers under the chuppah

Things that I'm still annoyed about 4.5 years later: florist F'd up and I had a stupid baby's breath headband instead of a rose crown (my mother told me they thought it was for a flower girl when they picked it up!!), my hair didn't match my expectations, the hall didn't allow mixed seating and neither of us are from separate seating families, a relative shoved a sibling I don't talk to into the middle of the parachute alone with me, and I left my bouquet in a plastic shopping bag in the back of my grandparents' car and it rotted even though I wanted to preserve it

What word/name does your culture use as a placeholder name for an anonymous/everyman person?

For example, John Doe and Joe Schmoe in American English, Chaim Yankel in Yiddish, Ploni Almoni in Judaism.....

And also whether there are different names for when talking about more than one person, such as Berel and Schmerel in Yiddish, Reuven and Shimon in Judaism, etc.

we always had shprintza and genendel; two names the teachers knew were not in use in our classroom

Our principal once tried to use an old fashioned secular name that he thought none of us would have and was shocked when I said it was my middle name.

We always used Shprintza and Genendel for girls and Reuvein and Shimon for boys.

Hating on pregnant people for getting any accommodations is unfortunately a thing in more toxic childfree environments and South Korea. So anyone who's never been to those places might be surprised that the attitude exists.
