Yifan’s side is at least asking for a decent amount to compensate. I’m sure Sm owes Yifan way more than this. The stocks increased to a high last year during album promotions. They broke the 1million record. The money earned from promotions, advertisements etc. I wonder where it all went.

So what Yifan had to keep the contract that got him way less than the other members?!! Sm you are greedy for money. Fair treatment doesn’t even exist in sm. I’m glad Yifan spoke up to appeal for his rights. This is one of his points. As the mediation continues the other points will be revealed.

honestly SM blew this up in proportion and now they are paying for it through media and they dont want bad rep so they are pushing the blame on everyone else.. all they had to do was simply relook to see f there was a breach in contract through civil rights... is that hard? no.. but they know they are doing something wrong and they dont want to see it face to face.. thats why this is all happening. i swear if Kai cant dance again cuz of his injur thn ima go beat he living hell out of SM.... he couldnt even hold it on Show Champion....he fell right after the finishing move... like really??? ima angry as it is from D.O and Sehun's injury and then when Lay commented about his condition on Showtime... Didnt someone get sick too? was it Luhan oe someone else? i forget... but really? getting sick when out of the blue? and then now Kris just added to my flames of fury (which btw... ppl keep saying he has that heart disease.. only because when you look up the symptoms thats what come up.. but does he really have it? cant i just be fatigue?? nothing is confirmed so dont try to kill him off with something so serious!!) and now Kai???? like are you legit serious???? all they had to do was re-look the contract... all they had to do was see.. but they knw they are doing something wrong that either is on the brink of or already did breach the terms of the contract.... hence all this drama.. ppl keep thinking Kris left.... show me an article confirming his leave and that it not be Allkpop... then i will believe =_= until then dont give me crap about this and that and how i should pick a new bias cuz ya know what??? i am staying by the galaxy until the galaxy is no more.... and that only when he is completely gone..

Okay  so the thing with Kris.. He is looking into personal contract not nullifying or terminating.. Yes, he could if he wants too through court and lawsuit. but i highly doubt that due to his recent Weibo update (had it translated... Korean does NOTHING in Chinese.. unless u read hanja) anyways.. regarding Baekhyun being slapped by his manager.... i dont really think this happened (i can be 100% wrong) due to the fact that that would be a lawsuit too if Baekhyun wanted to go for one.. That is a bit much  even for Korea. Honestly the incident with the EXOtic committing suicide over Kris's case is very aggravating to me. Why my country must react like this??? I wanted to cry the Han River in school but did i? NO?? i am not an emotionally strong person.. i cry easily.. yet i stopped myself cuz crying isnt going to get me anywhere.... Committing suicide means something else.. I highly doubt SM cares about one girl committing suicide over this.. That just makes people angry. Not defending SM through this but seriously? if you think that would make an impact then the sasaengs could have saved you from suicide =_=. Now with Tao's phone,(this is one of the times i will say im glad for the sasaeng's skills) the posts report being in a different location other than Seoul where Mnet Countdown is is suspicious.... really SM?  do you doubt and underestimate us fans and sasaengs that much?  like really? come on now!

Suho being the only one to recieve the award on Mnet not only shows his bravery, but also shows that EXO is not being broken over this.... This proves that he believe EXO is One despite the comment from backstage... i truly believe that SM arranged a script for him... SM is not a very free company.. I personally dont like SM as a company... i never did.. but i like the artists.. there is a difference..and since the 'mating' of Woolim and SM.. ive liked them even less..... The fact on SM's stock plummeting shows how this is really something bad for them.. a 5.2% decrease in a matter of a few hours is pretty bad in terms of it being Korea.. i cant think of the last time i saw stocks plummet this much cuz of a company.. yes im 16/17 but that doesnt mean anything if you are Korean. 

although i dont believe in Baekhyun getting slapped i DO believe in the managers doing all this nonsense on the SNS's of the EXO members.. Also the fact that Baekhyun hid his phone and that he's the only one not unfollowing him is pretty liable.. i mean how else would this happen  Tao and Kris are very close.. one can tell even without knowing about Taoris.. him unfollwoing Kris on IG ANF Weibo IS suspicious in my opinion... and also Tao got accepted to HK University  from wat ive been seeing there is ALOT of mistakes in his spelling and grammer on the latest posts... i took Chinese for 1 year as a language and these ARE common mistakes made by people who did not grow up with the Chinese language... i know this cuz i myself made all of these mistakes and much much more. What i DO now is that two girls in my Korean class are Chinese  when i showed them the posts they said alot of Korean's learning Chinese make these mistakes often.... coincidence much? i also asked 2 others friends who are fluent and they aid even Chinese people make these mistakes! now the 2 i just mentioned are ESL students and havent been in America for more than 3 years... i know them for about 2 years know.... they tell me the truth.. even THEY make these mistakes. When i asked them about HK University they were yelling in my ear that whomever wrote those posts under Tao could have not gotten accepted with these mistakes  actually this is what was in my ear from both sides "HE IS NOT SMART" "HE DID NOT GET INTO THAT SCHOOL" "TOO SILLY MISTAKES TO GO THERE" "NOT A HK UNIVERSITY STUDENT" and "ARE YOU SURE THIS IS PERSON GOT INTO THAT SCHOOL???" after getting the ringing out of both ears my friends (both boys) said that these mistakes make it that you cant go to HK Universtiy cuz you would need to not get into that bad habit.. one of them has an older brother who almost wasnt accepted due to some spelling and grammar mistakes..so he gave me weird look and pointed disgusted at my phone and said "this person not go to that school.. too many mistakes.. if he is 20 years old then he would not make these bad mistakes" Tao is 22 but whatever.... a college student of this school would not make these mistakes.... this is how i feel that his posts are not him.. believe what you may  that is not my control, but i do have my resources and people who can translate for me... this is my take on this (well some of it) 

i just hope that EXO will be 12

in my anger early this morning i had told my unnie (who Baekhyun is her 2nd bias) Baekhyun and Kris need to gaebsong outta here and go to the galaxy... i know it may not make much sense if you try to translate it but its EXOtic talk.. it makes perfect sense to us ^_^

When you think that your parents will give you freedom at the age of 16 and when most kids in your home country have the freedom you want at like 13 years old you tend to think back on your life. “Hmmm if only I was born in Korea I would have a better life than I have now” cuz no matter what my parents do to me they never understand my feelings. My dad let my mom get what she wants and she is a frickin dictator of the household and SHE looks down on dictatorship…. Freedom my ass she’s so paranoid that that’s literally part of her nickname….. I’m 16 with a violent kick and she failed to realize that despite how I present myself, I’m actually very sharp and observant….. And I can learn martial arts from a book and TV…. And she will never know. My dad thinks I’m not smart enough to put myself in the world. He follows my mom…. Not in dictatorship.. But so he doesn’t have to hear her nagging and complaining. He’s sick if her voice too. And the way I am as a person is not fit for her. She tries to make my life like a robots while saying I should do all these colorful things. If she wants a robot for an eldest daughter she might as well get rid if me and build a robot for her own liking because I am not giving her her satisfaction.
