Another outfit of #ManaSama I was waiting to do: #BeasOfBlood. This excersise was more about applying a non-destructive process to repurpose assets. I’m not using any kind of physics simulation to help me as you can see, it’s all done to be ready for FBX Export, it’s all polygons and an armature. For so many years I’ve follow Mana-Sama as a performer and musician, more than what he had to offer to the world is about what he decided the world will listen to this concept, and the way he kept his character in the veil of mystery for all of these year no matter how much exposition to the media he had.

It’s been a lot of work and it’s not done yet, but I wanted to share with you the first walking cycle I’ve been able to do that I feel looks acceptable, textures done by substance painter.

This is for me a milestone since it represents a lot of learning and spent time for it, I’m feeling confident I’ll get the best way to show easiness as I progress in animation.
