hold an ice cube and squeeze it
paint or draw on your body where you wanna do it
call a loved one and talk for as long as you can
squish an empty water bottle
hang with positive friends
scribble all over a piece of paper as aggressive as you like
write your feelings on a piece of paper then rip it up or burn them
allow yourself to cry as ugly/loud as you can
take a cold bath or shower
take a hot shower or bath
safely hit a punching bag
try and write a song with all these feelings
watch your favorite movie
drink something soothing like hot chocolate or tea
play with a sensory object (my personal best coping skill)
toss a rubber or foam kind of ball at a wall
distract yourself with vines or cute animal videos
browse through some positive tags on tumblr
get a new piercing or tattoo !
cuddle a comfort item or person
experiment with essential oils
put together some new outfits
go long boarding, skating, biking, dancing, etc
go bus hopping on your local transport if you have the chance
