General information:
The picture will contain my author's signature, which cannot be removed.
I have the right to post the process/steps of the work as well as the finished work on my social media accounts (websites, blogs, exhibits, and informational materials), unless otherwise agreed BEFORE I BEGIN THE ORDER.
You have the right to ask me not to post the artwork until a certain point in time if the artwork is a gift.
I can cancel your order if it would be uncomfortable for me for various reasons.
All details of the work are negotiated before the advance payment is made:
● a description of what you need;
● approximate character poses;
● the mood of the work;
● the character's emotions;
● interactions between the characters (if required);
● color scheme 6. If you want several additional sketches with different variations of the points described above, you must prepay 100% for each of them (the cost of the final paid sketch will be deducted from the total cost of the entire work).
Payment:
Do not pay for the work before all the details of the order have been discussed.
I work only on prepayment.
Payment is by PayPal only. At the moment I accept US Dollars or Russian Rubles.
Deadlines and stages of work:
I will notify you of receipt of payment and the timeline for starting work.
I do not guarantee to start work on the same day that payment is received.
Once work begins, you CANNOT cancel the order and get your money back.
I undertake to send you a color sketch for approval.
Turnaround time: 1 to 3 weeks, depending on my workload, health and other factors affecting the work.
In case of unforeseen situations, I undertake to notify the customer about the change of deadlines or other things affecting the work.
Edits and changes:
In the Sketch phase, you can make 1 significant edit (change pose, emotion, add attributes, etc.).
At the final drawing phase, you can make 1 minor edit (changing eye color, adding small patterns, etc.).
All further edits are paid separately.
I will set the price for additional edits depending on the volume of corrections.
You undertake to pay in full for the edits before the start of the correction.
Use and Publication:
I have the right to:
● Use the drawing on my social media (if using a watermark);
● Use the picture as an example, and advertise my work using it. 2. I do not have the right to:
● Use the drawing for resale;
● Print and sell products with the image, with the exception of art books and books.
Refunds:
You CANNOT get a refund after I start work.
If you want a refund before work begins, you will receive a full refund.
If I cannot start your order for any reason, I will give you a full refund.
