(Short synopsis/P.S. below the cut)

The main plot follows the reader, a singer at The Last Drop, slowly falling for Silco. He slowly starts to linger in the main bar more and more often, but their previous professional relationship causes her to misinterpret his advances as polite conversation. As she slowly catches on, she gets to see sides of Silco most never experience. Reader is AFAB (soooo so sorry to my AMAB Silco lovers 😔)

Full disclosure, he acts rather OOC at some parts, mostly when it comes to how I write his advances/flirting. I cannot write a nonchalant character to save my life, so if that’s the characterization you enjoy reading, this might not be for you. Also full disclosure, chapter one is a little rough. It was my first serious attempt at writing Silco’s character so it very much gives off “y/n x Mafia CEO”. Which, to be clear, no hate if that’s your thing! I just know it’s not everyone’s taste and don’t want to discourage anyone from sticking around just because of that. I took my time on chapter two and am actively working to improve the quality for chapter three, so please, just bear with the first chapter. Silco hated that dish. Well, hated was a strong word, Silco would eat anything if he had to, but the dish was far greasier and waterier than his usual tastes. In fact, Felicia would go as far as to say it was amongst Silco’s least favourite things on the menu. And he had requested a large?

A gentle smile is on Silco’s face as he places one plate down in front of small child, all skin and bones, before sitting next to the child with his own plate.

This is the first fic I’ve actually written out in my version of the ‘Viktor was raised by Silco and Vander’ AU which I’m calling/tagging as ‘Synonyms Verse’

I am very much writing this series out of order based on which parts of the story inspire me to actually write at any given moment.
