Of note: macadamia nuts should be cracked in a vice. Nutcrackers DEFinitely do not work.
Sushi bake Brown rice on the bottom layer Mix 1 lb of crab with 1 lb of cooked baby shrimp with 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1/2 cup of mayo, and a container of furikake. Layer the mix on top of the rice, and bake for 15 min (or until the crab mix looks slightly dry. Serve with nori and seasonings like Sriracha or low-sodium soy sauce as desired.
Caprese salad, fettuccine with salmon and Brussels sprouts, and fig and olive crackers with proscuitto & salami and port salut
Bourbon Barrel Stout from Anderson Valley. Sweet notes of chocolate and vanilla, with the slight bourbon aftertaste. Will definitely have again.
Strawberry shortcake: angel food cake, homemade whipped cream, strawberries, basil & a glass of moscato.
Whole grain pasta topped with grilled eggplant, diced tomatoes, garlic, onions and Monterey Jack cheese.
