ahhhhh one of my faves 🥺 but also one I am taking my time with so it doesn’t end sjjdhdhdh. I might actually go back and edit earlier chapters since I didn’t really use a Beta for the earlier bits.

This whole fic is me projecting on Eddie honestly, both with things that have happened and things I wish had happened. It’s also my really pretentious way of showing off that I went to college in Maine and lived 20 mins from Stephen King around where “Derry” should be.

I also kind of love this fic because neither Eddie or Richie really know what they’re doing, no matter how much “experience” Richie kind of has, so trying to write them more authentically figuring out how to be queer and figuring out their sexual dynamics without the internet is just fulfilling to me. You think they know what fucking subspace is? Nope, neither have a clue. And especially so scary to handle after the things Eddie dealt with in the first chapter. They’re gonna fuck up a lot and do things wrong but they still love each other so much and those babies deserve the world for trying 😭 also I can’t wait to get Eddie high as a fucking kite in the next chapter and walking in on—
