How to fill out a bra on a budget:

What you need: a bra in your correct band size and preferred cup size. I would recommend a cotton bra without any push-up but this should work with any bra.

A few rolls (depending on cup size) of vet wrap (you can get this very cheaply online or through almost any livestock store. It works great for a variety of human needs and comes in every color of the rainbow and some cool prints. It’s also totally safe for humans to use unless you’re allergic to latex).

Scissors, which are optional I didn’t use them I just ripped it. It can be a little tough to rip but it is doable.

Now how you’re going to do this. Start tearing off pieces (or cutting them) to make your mold. You’re going to want to do this by sitting the the bra like I did in the picture and following the shape as best you can. Don’t worry, it doesn’t have to be perfect.

Once you get your general mold down, you can start building it up. Do this by folding the vet wrap several times (don’t squash it too much, but make sure it’s sticking together) and then placing it in the areas where it needs more build. To even it out, you can use pieces of vet wrap that cover the entire thing and slightly press down where there is any bulge.

Now you should check it against your chest periodically and make sure your leaving enough room for the pectoral muscle or breast so it doesn’t sit funny. When you get it to it’s desired fullness congrats! You now have a somewhat squishy vet wrap structure that can fill out your bra!

Vet wrap only sticks to itself, but it should stay in place pretty well (as you can see in the last picture, I can hang the bra without it falling out) However, some people might find the texture of the vet wrap to be a little weird or the bra might not hold it quite as well as you’d like so if that’s the case a very easy fix would be to hand sew on a piece of fabric over the vet wrap, leaving an opening at the top where it can be removed when you want to wash your bra as vet wrap does not like going through the wash.
