When I look at this gorgeous image, I see the curvature of the Earth; the Raleigh scattering that gives the sky its blue hue; the condensed droplets of water that comprise the fluffy white clouds; the plate tectonics that drive mountain formation and all the delicate layers of Earth’s protective, but fragile atmosphere. I see each and every last law that governs the universe - and everything in it - coming together to make this view possible.. I see nothing but science. What about you?

Extrañame

Cuando alguien más te hable de mí, cuando por error entres a ver las últimas fotos que subí a mis redes sociales, extráñame. Extráñame sin miedo y hazlo con ganas, cierra los ojos y piensa en mí hasta el cansancio, pues solo así y de repente, algún día desapareceré de tu mente, te lo digo por experiencia.

Extráñame cuando leas uno de los tantos textos que te escribí, cuando veas un atardecer y las nubes te suspiren al oído mi nombre, cuando escuches esa canción que ponía de fondo al hacerte mía, extráñame incluso más de lo que me querías. Grita mi nombre con todas tus fuerzas, recuerda cada instante en el que creíste en mí, en mis sueños, en mis mil maneras de amarte.

Extráñame, ve del blanco al morado, del azul al negro, pasa por tantos colores como te sea posible, recorre emociones que ni siquiera tú conoces, descúbrete extrañando algo que ya no existe, algo que por tu miedo perdiste.

Extráñame como yo lo haría. Extráñame como yo lo hice y verás que algún día y con tantita suerte, logras sacarme de tu mente.
