Submit a complaint, like we did with the reblogs update. probably won’t be as effective since they’re trying to comply in advance with legal bullshit that they take more seriously than the privacy of their users, but still.

Scroll the reblogs on the announcement for good points to raise. If nothing else, according to Tumblr’s own policy you have to be 13 years old to make an account, so any account that was made more than 5 years ago must be at least 18 years of age or is already breaking policy, thereby making it not Tumblr’s problem.

For now, it looks like if you don’t hand over your identity, you’ll just be locked out of “mature” posts (which include paintings of fruit, but not sexually explicit ads, even though actual human-made porn isn’t allowed at all regardless of content tag). Mercy is so worth reading into as a character; a lot of symbolism went into this piece but I won't spoil it. You'll have to go and put your eyes all over Mercy and the DnD campaign she's in to know
