Jeena Jeena from the movie Badlapur is one of my personal favorites from the recent times. A soulful rendition by Atif Aslam, this is a very fine composition by Sachin Jigar. I somehow enjoy shooting videos on mobile :-). I'm sure all of you will be kind to me and ignore the video quality. 'Jugni' is one of the most beautiful Sufi songs. Kshitij Tarey and Band present this beautiful song in a new Avatar, the angst version instead of the celebratory mood. The crux of the song is the fighting spirit that never gives up!

A new Antara, 'Naav fasi majhdhaar' inspires us never to give up, rise, fight, and spread love as the spiritual light guides us all. This newly added stanza blends effortlessly with traditional poetry based on the works of Sufi poet Sultan Bahu dating back to the 17th Century.

Kshitij Tarey and Band capture the fighting spirit depicted in the song through energetic orchestration. The protagonist has sung this version with immense energy, showing a fighting spirit duly supported by aggressive zone through drums and guitar playing.

Kshitij Tarey and Band has successfully given a new contemporary Sufi twist to this Punjabi folk song.
