This house is different, and very nice for the price. It's a 1980 yurt-shaped house in Peterborough, NH. 2bds, 1ba, 970sqft, $300k (Zillow's est.: $327,700).
The kitchen goes around the perimeter of the sunken living room in the middle.
The table is next to a window and under a skylight.
There's also a seating area up here, too, next to the wood stove.
I like how the living room looks like it's under a pavilion. It's mostly open and they put some wire barriers up so no one can fall in.
Now, this little hall connects the round part of the house to the square-ish addition.
This is the 2nd bd. in the addition.
Bedroom #2 is cozy. Look at the angular wall.
And, this is the bath. Looks like it has lots of storage.
Up the ladder, over the living room, there's the primary bedroom.
It has built-in furniture and look at the shape of the room.
Great ceiling, windows all around, and a skylight.
Outside there's the cutest little seasonal studio. I would put a heater in there, but I don't think there's electricity.

But, that's not all. There's this other little studio.
In Copenhagen you can visit The Round Tower. It used to be an astronomical observatory until light pollution and the vibrations from increased traffic in the streets made it useless for its original purpose.
Today it’s mostly famous for what it looks like on the inside.
It has an equestrian staircase though it’s so smooth it’s really just a gentle slope more than a staircase. It was build like that so our lazy bum king could ride his horse all the way to the top (king not in photo)
And naturally people have also driven cars up the tower
And held a bike race
For a while it was just sort of abandoned by the authorities and became a spiraling marketplace
But today it has been restored and become a tourist spot as well as a popular destination for school trips. And yes, you can still watch the cosmos at the top.
it’s so magical and beautiful that there are sprawling interconnected cave systems carved deep into the earth by various geological forces and you don’t have to go in them. there are miles and miles of stone passageways in total darkness that require you to exhale all the air out of your lungs to squeeze through parts of them and you don’t have to be there. some of these squeezes are underwater and require cave divers to take off their oxygen tanks and push them through ahead of them and me i am above ground looking at the sky as we speak. there are untold subterranean wonders no human has ever seen and i will not be the one to discover them #grateful #blessed
cave divers when they are happily married with kids and beloved by their community but theres a crack in the bottom of a lake called The Devil’s Rotting Esophagus where 57 people have died
i think this captures the defining pathology of the collective social media psyche right now. we are in the thrall of people who are wantonly cruel but who also demand to be coddled at all times in every way
