I just listened to my first hypnosis track for my Hypnobabies Birth and I know I am going to LOVE this course!!! ♥️♥️♥️ If I nap during the day, I ALWAYS wake up grumpy. So I try to avoid them at all costs, but sometimes I know my body just needs them. Today was one of those days. So I turned on my first track that I got to download (my in-person class starts the beginning of November), and laid on the couch while my two kids napped. I must’ve fallen asleep after I became the most relaxed I think I have ever become in my life, because my Annabelle (18 months old) woke me up about five minutes into the second track. Just like the track said, I counted up to three and I was awake, happy/peaceful, and alert. THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED EVER BEFORE 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I’ve been PUMPED to start my classes and I already know I’m going to ROCK this. 💪🏼 I also totally believe that me telling myself I’m going to will make it so ✊🏻 After my experience today, I’ll be listening to my two tracks at least once a day until my class starts.
