over on twitter, this person pointed out that Thee kissed Peach's eyebrow twice, which is where Phuwin has a scar. They definitely mentioned in one of the interviews I watched that they intentionally kept it specifically to show Peach would have scars from his childhood. And now I am ill ill ill.
This is apparently @alan-apologist here on tumblr. *waves* I am sorry I am yelling about you on other platforms without tagging you because I didn't know you were here!
I have already told them they have wounded me. And now I will share that pain with others.
dry humping in its specificity as a term implies the existence of wet humping
not my best work
I think one of the most interesting things in Me and Thee is the foil Tawan provides for Thee’s narrative
They both start out the story pursuing Aran and although Thee quickly pivots to Peach (as he should) the two continue to have clear parallels in the show
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, but one of Thee’s defining characteristics is that he’s open and willing to learn about how to interact with others, to listen to how his actions make people uncomfortable or upset and change to fix those things
Tawan, on the other hand, remains firmly rooted in the idea that he has done nothing wrong and refuses to listen when others try and communicate that his actions are toxic and harmful
Where Thee is learning to communicate with his partner (although he isn’t always prefect at it) and therefore with others, Tawan actively shuts down or ignores any attempt Aran makes to do the same
Thee has learned that his jealousy is unfounded and not to take it out on Peach, not blame him for the way that he draws in others the same way he drew in Thee
Meanwhile, Tawan makes every petty instance of jealousy Aran’s fault, even when Aran tries over and over again to have an actual conversation about how he’s misunderstood things
Where Thee listens when Peach explains why he doesn’t want a private jet or to stop working or about how important Plub is to him, Tawan makes his borderline stalking of Aran by inserting himself into his work Aran’s fault, because he ‘wouldn’t have gone this far if he’d just answered the phone’
Tawan is what would have happened to Thee if he wasn’t actually interested in becoming the best partner possible
As much as I love Perth and Santa, I’m actually hoping they don’t end this series together, because I think it would be a desservice to the amazing relationship building in this show for them to completely redeem Tawan in the short amount of time they have left

We have lost the meaning of queerbait
Just because what you wanted didn't happen, doesn't mean it's queerbaiting. It is now being used an excuse when the ship you want didn't get together. Queerbaiting has to do with marketing.
Queerbait: A cookbook that you learned about from ads with pictures of people eating tasty looking soups and the author's social media posts about how soup lovers are going to love it, proves to have no soup recipes.
Not queerbait: A cookbook has no soup recipes. You assumed there would be some based on vibes and wishful thinking. No soups were ever advertised or promised.
Also not queerbait: A cookbook that was advertised as containing soup recipes has soup recipes but not for the types of soups you like.
Peach, baby I'm not Thai, but even I know that that's a very common euphemism for sex in Thai.
lmaoooo poor domiia
No you don't understand. It's extremely important to me how Peach indulges Thee. Whether it be saying I Love you when Thee asks him to and calling him P'Kian in 50 different emotions or absurd things like brushing Thee's teeth and giving him a bath. Thee in turn controls his temper and considers Peach's opinion to the point where he now has Peach's voice directly in his head telling him to 'Get a grip' and he LISTENS TO IT!
They are two different people who care about each other and are trying to accommodate the other.
I opened my Pinterest for a recipe. And these two pics popped up side-by-side.
Forgot the recipe. And spent an hour looking at these.
Every week i get excited to watch the new episode of MaT. And then every week I have to live with the fact that I have to wait for a week.

this is a great time of year to buy from native stores or donate to native organizations. you can figure out who's land you're on here, and below i've listed some (of many) businesses you can support ♡

My favorite shoes in the winter are my Manitobah mukluks, which are Metis-owned and participate heavily in community initiatives with other indigenous nations to train and support artists. They also partner regularly with artists from other nations on their shoes to create custom editions. Currently they are collaborating with Rosa Scribe (Cree), Janae Grass (Sac & Fox), Atheana Picha (Salish), and Melissa Peter-Paul (Mi'kmaw). They also host an indigenous market that showcases and promotes indigenous artists.
Plus they're warm as hell and the sheepskin lining means I don't have to wear socks, which is extremely nice sensory comfort. So that's nice as well.
Eighth Generation (Snoqualmie Tribe) has some beautiful stuff - I've bought a huge beautiful beach towel and cool socks from them personally, but they have jewelry, art, housewares, lots of great work.
