Pay Attention to Palestine
I really don’t mean to guilt trip anyone, but the word needs to be spread about Palestine and no major news outlets are covering it. Hundreds of Palestinians are being injured by the Israeli Occupation forces trying to defend their homes from settler violence and ethnic cleansing.
For the past month lynch mobs and anti-Palestinian pogroms have filled the streets of Jerusalem, this is an extension of over 70 years of ethnic cleansing, dispossession, occupation, settler colonialism, and murder that has effected Palestinians, and Israeli courts have ordered the eviction of 12 Palestinian families in Sheikh Jarrah and to hand over their land to Israeli settlers. If you are American, this is what your tax dollars are going to, the least you can do is spread the word and voice your support for us.
If you are able to donate, here are some donation links for Palestinians in need:
Boycott Divest and Sanction (BDS)
Palestinian Prisoner Support and Human Rights Association
Save the Children
US Campaign for Palestinian Human Rights
Project Rozana USA
Adalah Justice Project
Medical Aid for Palestine (UK)
Palestine Children’s Relief Fund
Palestinian Policy Network
Electronic Intifada
Institute for Middle East Understanding (IMEU)
International Medical Corps (GAZA)
Human Concern International (Gaza)

Palestinian activists and news networks are being censored across social media right now for recording and live-tweeting what’s happening in Sheikh Jarrah. Read through the #SaveSheikhJarrah tag and posts, so no one can lie to you and tell you this didn’t happen.

And just like that, half of Ramadhān has just passed by like the blink of an eye. سبحان الله
Why Do I Feel Unlovable?
Often when people feel unlovable, it is tied into one of the following reasons:
1. As a child, a parent or authority figure either told you – or sent out the message that – you were unloveable. Because of that, you came to believe that your core self was deficient, unacceptable or inadequate. Now you find it hard to believe that anyone could ever love you for just being you.
2. You experienced rejection, desertion or abandonment in one of your closest relationships. Now love feels scary - and is a source of anxiety and fear – rather than of healing and security.
3. You feel regret for something you did, or the way you treated a person you loved. Hence, you don’t believe you deserved to be loved, or you fear you will badly hurt someone again.
4. You have developed a series of flawed beliefs which have coloured your expectations for love. For example, you may have concluded that love leads to pain …. or that no-one can be trusted … or love always ends.
5. A voice in your head says you cannot change so you don’t believe that “you have what it takes”. But none of us is perfect; we’re all on a journey; and if we choose to take a risk then we’ll find that we can change.
to lovely humans who were excluded from invitations, left behind when they tied their shoes, forced to walk in the grass when the sidewalk was full, spoken over when you tried to contribute, whispered about or laughed at, given the side eye when you tried to fit in... you are so worthy of love and I’m sorry people have convinced you otherwise. I promise that your people are out there - people who will see the side of you others ignore, people who share weird inside jokes with you, give you affectionate nicknames and go to museums or roadtrips with you and fulfil whatever idea of friendship you’ve always fantasized about. even if you feel like an empty shell of your former self because you’ve hidden yourself away due to shame, this exterior will melt when you accept yourself or let people in and you’ll realize there was nothing wrong with you all along. you have interesting things to say, you deserve new chances and beginnings, your heart is probably made of gold because you know what it’s like to be left out in the cold, and you have so much to give. you are so worthy and someone’s idea of a friend too, and I hope you receive lots of hugs in the future from yourself and others because you’re so lovable.
“Yes, be patient with me. My heart is heavy.”

I am greatful that people left me alone in one of my hardest time so that I could see the real faces how scary this world is u are all on your own don't be dependent on others don't complain just face everything on your own and struggle till u cry that were the times that made me strong enough to face every situation in life without any fear....
I don't recognize the person in the photos saved on my laptop, I dont recognize the smile. The face of someone that hadn't seen this world for it truly is.
It has been a journey and a half to get here, and Im lost. In moments like these I wish I could go back in time to when I thought I had everything figured out, I had my whole life planned, I was ready to face the world head first, I had everything I ever wanted.
And now I'm stuck in this vicious cycle of self doubt and hatred for how weak I've become and how lost I am.
