I decided not to go to the Black Rock viewpoint in Phuket due to heavy wind conditions as I won't be able to fly the drone. Instead I will stay in Condo and watch The Chalet on Netflix. Seems interesting.

I was so lazy to go to the Gym this morning coz of slight back pain. However, I still made it for a full work out. Feeling wonderful after the sweat. Would you believe I have lost more 6kg within 6 months? Now I am on 80.5kg. My target is 79. Let's see!

BEHIND HER EYES

Didn’t go out all day. just stayed in my condo, watching BEHIND HER EYES on Netflix, a phycological thriller with 6 episodes, finished them all! Highly recommended.

I decided to skip gym today which I can do tomorrow morning. Spent a little bit on the net learning more features on my camera Lumix DMC-FZ 1000MK2.
