    "Hohoh!"

Such a kind gesture!  It was truly unexpected.  Etihw had simply been passing through as usual before the friendly question was whipped out.  An expression composed of piqued curiosity and joy made way to their features within a blink of an eye.  "Is it a hobby of yours to invite cute strangers to tea?"  They asked jokingly, before shuffling inside.  The room smelled fantastic!

    "I would indeed like some, thank you.  You’re very kind."

"I'm not particularly picky as to whether they are cute, but one can hardly be selective when tea requires a partner." He answers, smiling at the enthusiastic stranger. Steady hands lifted the teapot once more to pour the tea into another cup, looking up at the other as he inquires, "green tea doesn't really go well with sugar or cream; but I can offer you some snacks if you wish?"

⊰You rock back on your heels and smile broadly.⊱

                             ”It’s no intrusion, really!”

⊰Moving a little, you stop facing the target and instead face your new companion, resting the wooden end of your naginata against the floor.⊱

                             ”Minako Arisato, by the way! It’s a pleasure to meet you, even if the circumstances aren’t the greatest!”

He laughs lightly, retrieving a shuriken from beneath his clothing and adjusts his stance into a defensive one. "Kinjou Shirasu, at your service. Ah, circumstances can be overlooked." His were not exactly the best prior to this, regardless. "Do come at me when you're ready."

"I see you got taken too—Shirasu,” he responds to the familiar voice before stepping into the room, casually taking a seat across of his ninja friend. Truth to be told, Tenka preferred sake far more than tea. But, considering their rather…interesting situation, this would do. Lab rats or not, he doesn’t care; makes himself comfortable, a smile upon lips and jawline resting against hand. “Now, if you please.”

"Tenka! What a pleasant surprise." He returned the smile, a nod of his head acknowledging the raven's presence. Neither of them seemed like they were unwillingly moved to another space and possibly dimension, despite the unfamiliar walls around them that wasn't, well, the Kumo shrine. Shirasu lightly pushes the cup over to Tenka, moving over to offer him a space to sit. Ah, the good old days.  "Soramaru seems to be here, as well-- Have you met him yet?"

"Would you like some tea?" He calls out the open door of his (shared) room, both hands picking up the kettle of hot tea and pouring it into two cups as a gesture for the figure outside to join him. Goodness knew how he smuggled the kettle out of the kitchen, but hey, it wasn't as if he was using it for any evil purposes.

oh wow it's almost 6am alright mun is off to bed (technically going to suzaku to finish replies first but still)! thank you for a rlly fun and amazing first day and for playing with shirasu!

"That orb of yours looks interesting." He observes aloud, glancing at the blue sphere that was seemingly floating. "Do you think I could take a look at it?"

⊰You try the stranger’s advice on the target you’ve been one-sidedly sparring against. It works pretty well.⊱

                         ”Actually speed is usually crucial for what I fight, but…this is really useful.”

⊰You offer them a small bow in thanks and a large smile as per usual.⊱

                         ”I’m pretty much self-taught, but it’s nice to meet someone who knows other means!”

"So I see.. pardon my intrusion, then." He apologizes with a small bow. "Even so, your skills aren't bad. Would you like a sparring partner, perhaps?" Shirasu offers, jokingly adding, "I'll try to hold back for you."

The day seemed to be slightly cloudy, thus the shinobi deduced that it would rain soon. True enough, it did-- and it came down in torrents. He was right to bring his umbrella out on his walk. Spotting a lone figure in the forest, he walks up to them and holds the umbrella over both himself and the stranger. "You could catch a cold, staying out here."

                          “Oh—”

"Oh, indeed." He replies, a smile on his expression. It was simply chance that he caught her practicing, but the few moments he'd seen her was enough for him to approach to give her a few pointers. "Keep your center of gravity low," he offers, "it increases your power. Though, if you're going for speed, then do continue."

"Soramaru?" The humor never escaped the shinobi as a small chuckle left his lips. "So you were taken, too.. Have you been alright?"

i'm sarah, 17, also my first time playing shirasu so please go easy ;;; he can probably hold his own tho, so i wouldn't suggest picking fights with him but hey if you want to feel free
