I imagine that “home” for both of them means, among many other things, learning to feel comfortable in their own skin, being who they are, and, consequently, in each other’s presence. I like to think of Nesta not only allowing herself to love, but mainly allowing herself to receive love from those around her, including Cassian, because she deserves it. And because I’m sure Cassian is obsessed with Nesta’s hair and (I hope) he’s also obsessed with taking care of her, I asked Michelle to do this illustration. I’ve been playing FFXIV for quite some time now and in my fc we’re always joking about being a family, so one of my friends had this piece commissioned as a gift to all of us 🥰

I’ve also just finished Endwalker and I don’t know what to do with my life anymore, the story was so freaking good 😭

A quick sketch of Jude because I am so dying to reread The Folk of The Air trilogy, but I’m still trying to finish the books I’ve already started :’)

And of course, I chose to use Jude and Cardan as my models (as I’m obviously not entirely over this series yet hehehe 👀)
