Hello followers/general writeblr tag! For every 🪻in my inbox, I'll write a sentence in my current project!

Hi yeah I've done the mythical thing of actually catching up on chores, and injury means I physically cannot/should not go out today, so.

I have a premise. I have a direction to start in at least. I could use some accountability, SO. Throwing this out there while I get food & do some morning tidying, and we'll see where it goes from there.

(Bonus vague premise under the cut if you want I guess - it's original stuff this time, not fic!)

It's a lightly Lady of Shalott inspired premise - only the Lady A: has magic & that's where we get the whole curse deal; and B: doesn't die yet and now she's on a quest to find the knight who finally broke her resolve to remain in her tower. Kinda sucks that in her attempted final voyage, the river actually split & now she's washed up somewhere far off from the city she was aiming for...

Very much a fantasy (I don't know quite how high or low it's gonna qualify as), aiming a little light because this is a fairly self-indulgent/personal fun project at the moment but also I'm not entirely sure I'm capable of /not/ writing angsty stuff, and despite the 'quest to find the knight' premise, I'm not going into this intending for there to be a focus on romance, or even a romance at all. Idk.
