he’s practically glowing as he talks about the snake cradled in his arms, who seems to be intrigued by kuroo approaching again.
“ venomous, poisonous, same diff.” though, if it had been anyone else kuroo would have made a comment about how there was a clear DIFFERENCE between the two. but fear made your brain weird, so, he blamed it on that. still, the words were....reassuring, to a degree. enough so that he tried to steady his hand as he reached out to pet the domesticated snake. fingers very, very, gently moving to pet the snake on the head. one little swip, before he was pulling back. “ i’m holding you to that, if i get so much as a hiss i’ll sue you. ” or at the very least blame the captain for his untimely death. “ i can pet it on the head, right ? ”
